University Marketing

University Marketing supports Curtin’s strategic vision to be a recognised international leader in research and education. To achieve this, our marketing and engagement strategies and initiatives are built around three areas of focus: brand and reputation, student recruitment and engagement. We work closely with our stakeholders and partners to help the University achieve its goals and targets, and to inspire people to choose Curtin.

Marketing Services and Future Students

Marketing Services and Future Students are driven by the genuine desire to help future students transform their lives through education. The team delivers a range of innovative, high-quality student recruitment events, activations and engagements including Open Day, school visits, information sessions, campus tours, career expos and boot camps. They are the first point of contact for all queries from future students and their key influencers, providing advice on entry requirements, alternative pathways and course information.

Marketing Analytics and Platforms

The Marketing Analytics and Platforms team provides a range of integral support services for University Marketing, including the running of Curtin’s customer relationship management (CRM) system, marketing analytics, project scheduling and compliance information. The area also provides strategic services, support and development relating to Curtin’s owned digital media channels and platforms including the main corporate website, social media, search and Studentbox.

Marketing and Creative Services

The Marketing and Creative Services team coordinates campaign activities and produces a range of marketing materials to promote and strengthen the Curtin brand in the wider community. The team generates campaign briefs and marketing plans; is the custodian of the Curtin brand and its application; writes, edits and designs print and online publications for the University; and creates and distributes video and multimedia to connect with prospective students, alumni and corporate stakeholders.
